This Privacy Policy explains what information Crystal Coast Dog, LLC, doing business as Jennifer Wakefield Canine and Equine Photography ("we," "us," or "our"), collects through jenniferwakefieldphotography.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out a contact or booking form, join our newsletter, place an order, or message us, you may give us your name, email address, phone number, mailing or shipping address, and details about your session, such as your dog's or horse's name, location, and preferences.
Payment information. Payments for sessions and artwork are handled by third-party payment processors. We do not receive or store your full card number.
Photos from your session. Images we take of you and your animals are covered by your client agreement, not this policy.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the Site collects usage data such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, and how long you stay. Squarespace Analytics collects this to show us how the Site is used. We also use Google Search Console, which reports aggregate data about how people find the Site in search results.
Cookies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies. Some are essential for the Site to work. Others help Squarespace Analytics measure traffic. You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the Site may not work without them.

Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as needed for their service:
Squarespace, which hosts the Site and handles forms and analytics
Flodesk, which sends our newsletter
Payment processors that complete your purchase
Print labs and shipping carriers that fulfill your order
Google, for Search Console and any reviews you choose to post on Google
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety, or if the business is sold or transferred.
If you join our newsletter, we use Flodesk to send it and may see whether you open or click an email. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you at any time. If we text you, it will be about your inquiry or booking.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it by contacting us below. We may need to keep some information, such as order records, to meet legal obligations. Because we do not sell personal information or use it for cross-site advertising, there is nothing to opt out of in that sense. The Site does not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, to keep business and tax records, to resolve disputes, and to meet legal requirements.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

The Site links to other websites and social platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, so please review their policies.
